A. Compliance. You are solely responsible for the use of Cerner Ignite APIs and agree to fulfill all of the responsibilities and obligations outlined in this Agreement. You guarantee that you will comply at all times with all applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding the use of Cerner Ignite APIs, Cerner websites and the development, dissemination, marketing, licensing and use of your developed application. You also acknowledge and consent that you are not a supplier or downstream business partner (as defined in HIPAA) of Cerner, as it relates to access and services under this Agreement. For software that is not accompanied by a licensing agreement, Cerner herely grants the user a personal, non-transferable license to use the software to view and reuse The Cerner websites in accordance with this Agreement and for no other purpose, provided that you keep all copyright and other title documents intact. No other licences are granted. You cannot modify, modify, decompil, re-modify or modify software unless the law allows it without the possibility of a contractual waiver. All software is protected by copyright laws and the provisions of the international treaty.

Any reproduction or transmission of the software is expressly prohibited by law and can result in heavy civil and criminal penalties. Offences are prosecuted where possible. WITHOUT THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCING THE SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. THE SOFTWARE IS ONLY GUARANTEED UNDER THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, IF SO. You acknowledge that the software and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information are subject to U.S. export control legislation and regulations. You agree not to export or re-export the software directly or indirectly to countries subject to U.S. export restrictions. As part of this agreement, Cerner may send you an e-mail message, a general communication on Cerner`s websites, or a written message sent to your first-class U.S. email address, which is included in Cerner`s account information.

Any software made available for download by Cerner`s websites (with the exception of software that can be provided by end-users via a communication service) is the copyrighted work of Cerner and/or its suppliers („Software“).
